GreenGuard (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a privately owned, fee‑based immigration‑form preparer that helps U.S. couples complete USCIS marriage‑based green‑card packages. We are not affiliated with USCIS, DHS, any other government agency, or any attorney. All USCIS forms are available free of charge at uscis.gov; our fee covers automated data entry, assembly, and secure storage only.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with: Stripe (payments), AWS (S3/RDS, encrypted at rest) and Google Analytics 4 (pseudonymous analytics). Each sub‑processor is bound by confidentiality and security obligations.

Return of originals – We immediately return or destroy any physical originals after secure scanning and keep only digital copies for at least three (3) years as required by California Bus. & Prof. Code § 22443.
TLS 1.2+ in transit; AES‑256 at rest; least‑privilege IAM; access logging; annual penetration testing.
Access, correct, download, or delete your data by e‑mailing info@greenguard.help or through your dashboard. California residents may exercise CCPA rights the same way.
Our service is intended for U.S. residents 18 years or older; we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last Updated” date and, where practical, e‑mailed to active users.
